Total reconstruction of the Royal Theatre of Thessaloniki with the highest construction, acoustic and functional specifications, able to hold 800 seats (11,200 m2). The outside form (shell) of the old building is maintained, while underground basements were developed and the surrounding areas were upgraded aesthetically.
