Construction of the extension of the existing store. Two basements of an overall surface of 5.900m2 including parking and storage areas. The superstructure consisting of six floors (17.800m2) includes the store areas, a cafeteria and E/M areas. The parking area of the store is developed on the roof of the first floor, (4.500m2) and on the metallic mezzanine on the second floor (2.700m2). Extensive landscaping works, on a surface of 9.000m2.
