Livieratos Mansion is a distinctive landmark of the early 20th century, designed by the famous Architect Alexander Nicoloudis. The mansion is developed on a 1,004m2 plot and the total surface of the two level building is 1,200m2. Initially, the construction works involved the preservation of the buildings’ facades, which was completed in 2001.

The 2nd phase of the restoration included architectural interventions, static reinforcement and new engineering facilities so that the services of the company “Kapa Research SA” could be accommodated. Landscaping works were also executed (marbles restoration, green areas etc)
