The Stathatos Mansion, a work of the famous 19th century German Architect E. Ziller, was renovated in order to serve as a guesthouse for visiting foreign Heads of State. The five levels of the main building include master suites, reception and meeting halls and various areas to assure the auxiliary services of the building. In addition to the removal and dismantling of various elements, major works were performed in order to reinforce the building structure. The auxiliary building is an entirely new one.
