“Politeia” residential complex is located at the West entrance of Thessaloniki, in the municipality of Menemeni. It is developed in a 12.300 sq.m. plot and comprises of 28.000 sq.m. residential areas (436 residences), 2.500 sq.m. retail areas and 1.200 sq.m. underground areas (storage & parking).

The complex is developed in six (6) residential units with large scale outdoor areas, squares, green areas and a children’s play ground. The colored plexiglass balconies and the wooden paneling in parts of the outdoor areas are some of the special features of the project’s construction.
