Piraeus Bank office building is located at the corner of “Nicolae Titulescu str.” and “Jacob Felix str.” in Bucharest and it comprises of a bank shop and the H.Q.’s of Piraeus Bank & Piraeus Leasing in Romania. The construction works lasted 14 months and the building was built in a 1.220 sqm land plot.

The building consists of the ground floor, mezzanine, 15 floors, 4 basements and a roof terrace covering a total surface of 15.000 sqm. Due to its height (60m) and its contemporary architectural design, the building constitutes a destination point for Bucharest.

The construction of the building was concluded in October 2009.
