Construction of the North East Underground Car Park, (NECP), associated PMS Station and surrounding infrastructure. Education City is located in Al-Rayan area, the historic capital of the State, some 9km west of Doha City Centre and when in full expansion it will occupy a total area of over 10 million square metres. The WORKSITE of the NECP is located in the South campus, east of the Oxygen Park and adjacent to Huwar Street. It comprises of above ground and below ground elements, which provide linkages to the PMS station for onward travel to final destinations in Education City. The underground, two storey, Car Park will have a capacity of 1,493 parkling lots.
