Construction of a building consisting of four main units: the first unit consists of six storeys, housing the Ministry Directorates (7,700 m2), the second is a two-storey section for the entrance an reception lobby (720m2), the third is a two-storey building for the Minister and the high executive officers adjoined to the main entrance (3,000 m2), and the forth unit which is an amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 500 persons.
