The development concerns a 38 luxurious villa complex on seven (7) plots. The villas are developed in clusters of four (4) or six (6) on each plot and they are constructed on two levels with verandas, private gardens and independent entrances. There are three (3) main types of villas, type A (3 bedroom villa), type B (4 bedroom villa), and type C with a total area of 115, 175 and 125 sq.m. respectively.

Special attention has been drawn to the formation of surrounding areas where a swimming pool with a deck, pathways and parking facilities are built. Each villa has its own private garden, while all residents have access to approximately 6.000 sq.m. of natural landscape encompassed on each plot.
