The construction of a three (3) storey shopping center, located on Leontos & Eleftherias Str, in the municipality of Argyroupoli, Attika. The shopping center comprises of three (3) levels of superstructure and three (3) underground levels covering a total area of 31.000sq.m. Media Markt, Sprider and Sklavenitis Super Market are hosted at the retail areas while the underground levels are parking areas with 550 parking lots.

The construction also involved landscaping works and the preservation of an ancient road, discovered during the excavation works, which passes below the building and is visible through a glass floor.
