The building haw been erected on a 12,135 m2 plot facing 26th Octovriou Str. and Kefallinias Str. at Thessaloniki. Three different functions coexist in the building, that of a shopping mall, a business center and a parking lot (parking area for 600 cars), and all three are arranged around one central atrium.
