Construction of the new building property of Klonatex Group, located at the intersection of Kifisos Ave. and Konstantinoupoleos Str. The building is comprised of office areas, retail areas and underground parking areas, covering approximately 13.000sq.m.

The building exhibits a multitude of unique construction and design elements such as the architectural configuration of the facades, the glass pyramid shaped rooftop, the metal construction serving as a shelter of the entrance, bridges connecting the main escalators, and also the fountain located within the central atrium, constructed with pink granite.
