Construction of two Audio Visual Studios with a total area of 2.800m² and a net free height of 16m and a three-storey service building with basement of a total area of 2.400m² on a plot of 25.000m².
The structural system of the Audio Visual Studios consists of reinforced concrete elements at the perimeter and metal roof with special sound insulation and sound absorption requirements.
