DIKEVE is the greatest logistics center in the Balkans and one of the largest and most modern in Europe. It is situated at the industrial area of Sindos, in Thessaloniki. The project, at completion, will consist of warehouses covering an area of 120,000m2, with extra offices 6,000m2, on a plot of 167,000m2. A cargo railway terminal will exist within the Dikeve area, connecting it with Thessaloniki port, Balkan inland and the rest of Europe. The buildings are constructed with reinforced concrete ground slabs and steel bearing structure consisting of frames and trusses. Its facilities are the most modern and up-dated for logistics activities.
