Construction of the 1st phase of a shopping mall comprised of two (2) buildings covering a total area of 34,000 sqm with 1,900 parking lots. The first building is developed in three (3) levels - basement, ground floor, mezzanine - and will host the IKEA brand, while the second building is developed in two (2) levels and will host the brands JUMBO & LEROY MERLIN.

The construction contract also includes landscaping works as well as the designing and construction of an intersection with the National Road to serve as an entry and exit for the vehicles/ visitors at the shopping mall.

The mall is located at 13th klm of Ioannina - Athens National Road.
