Complete renovation and upgrading of the Holiday Inn Hotel, to Crowne Plaza. The construction works were completed in a period of seven (7) months with two (2) partial deliveries, while the hotel was operating. In particular, the construction works executed involved static reinforcement, façade upgrading, complete renovation of rooms - entrance - lobby, pool relocation, roof garden configuration, renewal of common - auxiliary and all other areas of the hotel and construction of two (2) new stairways (emergency exits).

The Crowne Plaza is located in downtown Athens, at Michalakopoulou Str. and comprises of 194 rooms. The total renovated area of the property is 19.700 sq.m.
