Danat Al Emarat Hospital is planned to become one of the largest, most luxurious hospitals in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the region and is designed to meet the gap in market for Women’s Health and Pediatric services. The hospital is located in Officers’ City (Gate City), near Al Mussafah Bridge, Abu Dhabi with a total built-up area of 59,000m2 and a capacity of 119 patient beds- rooms, including 7 royal suites and 15 VIP suites.


The Project is awarded to TERNA Construction Company and includes the construction of:
 

• Hospital Main Building (North Tower) that includes two basements, which are extended almost at the whole plot and house the supporting services, ground & ten floors, roof and upper roof floors with total height 65m.
• Service Block that includes ground, three & roof floors and accommodates supporting services such as electric substation, generators, chillers, water boilers.

The contract is 22 months.
