The office building was build to host the Computer Center of the Agricultural (ATE) Bank in Marousi. The total area of the building is 12.250 sq.m, developed in 8.000 sq.m plot. The office building comprises of two (2) underground levels, a ground floor, four (4) office levels and a shop outside the building’s main volume.

The project involved all construction works following the construction of the bearing structure (B’ building phase), as well as the construction of a medium voltage station and substations and an industrial air conditioning system for the engine rooms. Landscaping, infrastructure works and outdoor parking areas were also constructed.
