The object of the project was the construction of a 5 star hotel with a capacity of 274 rooms, respective reception and entertainment areas (Lobby, restaurants, bars, indoor swimming pool etc.) show and conference rooms, as well as an underground parking lot of 910 parking spaces. The construction of the surrounding area of 12,000m2 with swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, water fountains etc. are also included.
