The construction involves a four (4) storey commercial center, shopping mall & recreation park including nine (9) cinema halls and five (5) subterranean car parks. A top down method has been applied.

The shopping mall comprises of five (5) basements (total surface 80.000 sqm.) including parking and auxiliary storage areas, super markets and retail shops. The four (4) levels above the ground level (total surface 64.000 sqm.) host retail shops, cinemas, restaurants and other recreation venues.
