«Borovets Euphoria Club » is developed on a plot of 20.000 m ² and consists of five (5) residential buildings (175 apartments in total ), and two (2) sets of buildings with four and five villas respectively , one central building with common use facilities and leisure activities and autonomous underground parking spaces.

Natural raw materials were selected for the construction of the buildings (stone, wood, plaster, zinc roofs), in accordance to the traditional Bulgarian architecture in alpine resorts and in order to secure high bioclimatic and energy – saving levels. The surroundings of the complex include pavements and internal roadways, tall trees, a tennis court and a small concierge booth at the entrance of the complex.
